Handy location, friendly staff.
No bidet!! Shower stall the size of a telephone booth. Manual air on not very effective & hard to reach controls if you're under six feet tall.

Great location close to museums and subway, plus a reasonable price. Exceptional staff who were very helpful with taxis and recommendations. Comfortable bed and a renovated lobby.
Room was small and tired-looking, with inconsistent Wi-Fi. Breakfast was uninspired, with poor coffee.

The rubber from shower door was not properly installed, so water comes out and wet the whole bathroom floor. The tv could be at 30º degree angle for better view. It's too high.

The hotel's central location places you close to all of the major sites in the city, including the main walking street and almost everything you'd want to see. The sheets and towels were clean, and the room was well-maintained. The breakfast was adequate, and the staff was friendly and helpful, calling taxis and recommending places to eat. The lobby was comfortable and recently renovated, and the price was reasonable for the location.
The shower cabin was small and cramped.

Great holiday getaway! The breakfast was yummy and provided a good start to my day. Loved the central location, so close to all the amazing restaurants and shops. appreciated the friendliness of the staff. The hotel was clean, and the room comfortable. Perfect for a relaxing Christmas vacation.
Although I enjoyed my stay overall, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty and slow at times, making it difficult to check emails or plan my activities. , the television only had Spanish programming, which made it difficult for me to relax and wind down in the evenings.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel! It was so convenient to be near the heart of the city. From here, I was able to easily walk to all the main tourist sites, and it was also easy to catch public transportation to go to the airport. Additionally, the hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive.
Don't have any issues at all.
